Before joining the institute in early 2019, she worked over 15 years in the USA, Japan and Switzerland in various marketing and communication positions across the financial and cultural sectors. She also spent a year heading the writing in residence programme at the Jan Michalski Foundation for writing and literature, where she spearheaded the Foundation’s sustainability strategy including a nature writing programme. Jessica’s strengths lie in helping organisations and leaders achieve their strategic goals. She holds a Bachelors degree in History from the University of California at San Diego, a Masters degree in English from San Francisco State, and is currently completing a Masters degree in Sustainability through Harvard University extension.
